    3. Zero Advance Payment Model

    Socilet operates on a zero advance payment model. This means:

    • No upfront payment or deposit is required to start a project.
    • We begin work after discussing and finalizing project requirements.
    • Payment is due only after the client reviews and approves the completed deliverables.
    • If the client is not satisfied with the work, they are not obligated to pay.
    • This policy applies to eligible services as determined by Socilet.

    4. Client Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
    • Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner.
    • Provide necessary assets (logos, content, images) as required.
    • Make payment within the agreed timeframe after project approval.

    5. Intellectual Property

    • Upon full payment, all deliverables and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client.
    • Until payment is received, Socilet retains all rights to the work produced.
    • Socilet reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

    6. Revisions & Modifications

    Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed upon during the project discussion. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

    7. Payment Terms

    • Payment is due after client approval of the final deliverables.
    • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the project discussion.
    • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

    8. Cancellation & Refunds

    • Clients may cancel a project at any time before final delivery without any financial obligation.
    • Once payment is made and deliverables are handed over, refunds are not applicable.
    • Socilet reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to cooperate or communicate.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Socilet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

    10. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential. Socilet will not share client data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

    12. Changes to Terms

    Socilet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
