Laravel Development Company for United States Businesses
We build and rescue Laravel applications for US companies — admin panels, customer portals, REST APIs, billing flows and legacy upgrades — and you pay nothing until the work is running and approved. Quotes and invoices are in USD, ACH transfer, Wise, PayPal or card in USD.

Post-launch support SLA
Support is optional, month-to-month and invoiced in USD with no minimum term or lock-in. Every tier below states the response time you can hold us to, exactly what is included, and how an issue escalates if it is not moving. Business-hours response is measured against 08:00–17:00 ET, Monday to Friday; emergency cover for confirmed production outages runs outside that window on the Priority tier.
Essential — $120 / month
Response time: Next business day (within 1 business day). Work starts within 2 business days; critical security patches same week.
- Laravel core, framework and dependency security updates
- Daily automated backups with a monthly restore test
- Uptime and error monitoring with alerting
- Vulnerability patching as advisories are published
- Monthly health report: uptime, errors, updates applied
Growth — $390 / month
Response time: 4 business hours during 08:00–17:00 ET, Monday to Friday. Fix work begins the same business day; production bugs triaged on receipt.
- Everything in Essential
- A monthly block of development hours for small changes and improvements
- Prioritised bug fixes ahead of new-build queue
- Performance tuning: slow queries, caching, image and asset delivery
- Staging environment kept in sync for safe testing
Priority — $850 / month
Response time: Same day, and within 1 hour for a confirmed production outage. Emergency work starts immediately and continues until service is restored.
- Everything in Growth
- Out-of-hours emergency cover for outages and security incidents
- Named engineer plus a documented backup contact
- Quarterly performance, dependency and security review with a written action list
- Documented rollback and disaster-recovery runbook, tested annually
How an issue escalates
- 1. Report Raise the issue by email, WhatsApp or your shared Slack channel — whichever is fastest. Include the URL, what you expected and what happened. Every report is logged with a timestamp so response time is measurable, not a matter of opinion.
- 2. Acknowledge and classify You get a human acknowledgement inside the response window for your tier, with a severity: P1 site down or data at risk, P2 a core flow broken, P3 a bug with a workaround, P4 a cosmetic or change request. The severity, not the plan alone, drives the queue.
- 3. Triage and workaround For P1 and P2 we reproduce on staging, apply a safe workaround or roll back to the last known-good deploy so you are trading again, then fix the root cause properly rather than leaving a patch in production.
- 4. Fix, test and deploy The fix ships through the same pipeline as normal work: tested on staging, reviewed, then deployed to production in an agreed window with a rollback point ready. You are told what changed.
- 5. Escalate if stalled If a P1 is not moving within 2 hours, or any ticket misses its response window, it escalates to the founder directly — contactable by phone — who takes ownership and gives you an hourly update until it is resolved.
- 6. Review and prevent Every P1 gets a short written post-incident note: what broke, why, what was changed, and the monitoring or test added so it cannot recur silently. No charge for the note.
Support is never required to keep your project. Ownership transfers on final payment and you can take the code, the runbook and the environment in-house at any time — we hand over rather than hold hostage. Missed response windows are credited against the following month's USD invoice.
What we build in Laravel for US clients
Most of our United States work is business software rather than brochure sites: internal tools that replace spreadsheets, customer portals bolted onto an existing product, and APIs that feed a mobile app or a partner integration. Everything ships on current Laravel with PHP 8.3, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and a deploy pipeline you own.
- Custom Laravel web applications with roles, permissions and multi-tenancy
- Filament and Laravel Nova admin panels with audit trails and CSV/Excel exports
- REST and JSON APIs with Sanctum or Passport auth, queues, jobs and webhooks
- Stripe, PayPal and subscription billing with invoices, proration and dunning
- Livewire or Inertia + React front ends when the UI needs to feel like an app
- Laravel 8/9/10 upgrades to Laravel 12, plus test coverage and CI setup
- WordPress and WooCommerce work when PHP is the right fit but Laravel is overkill
Zero advance payment — you approve before you pay
You do not send money to start. We scope the work in writing, build it on a staging URL you can open any time, and invoice only after you have reviewed the running application. For larger USD engagements we split delivery into 4–5 milestones so neither side is carrying weeks of unreviewed work.
- No deposit, no retainer, no card on file to begin
- Live staging link from the first working build
- Milestone invoicing on projects above the equivalent of US$1,500
- Full code and database handover to your own GitHub organisation
How we work with United States time zones
Our engineers are based in India and hold a fixed 08:00–11:30 ET (05:00–08:30 PT) live-call window, with the rest of the day handled async on Slack or email. Every project gets a named Laravel developer plus a point of contact, not a rotating ticket queue, and you get a written progress note at the end of each working day.
Contracts, compliance and data handling
We sign your MSA or send ours: plain-English scope, mutual NDA on request, work-for-hire IP assignment, and a W-8BEN-E on file so no 1099 filing is needed on your side. On the technical side we cover CCPA-ready privacy handling, SOC-2-friendly logging practices and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility on customer-facing screens.
Recent US project
An Austin logistics startup came to us on Laravel 9 with a stalled build. We shipped the Filament operations panel, Stripe billing and a queued document pipeline in 18 working days and invoiced $3,150 USD after they signed off — nothing paid upfront.
Stack and delivery standards
Laravel 12, PHP 8.3, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis for cache and queues, Pest or PHPUnit tests on business-critical paths, GitHub Actions for CI, and deployment to your choice of Laravel Forge, Vapor, AWS, DigitalOcean or your existing infrastructure. You receive the repository, environment documentation and a runbook at handover.
Frequently asked questions
Do I really pay nothing upfront for a Laravel project in United States?
Correct. We start work after a written scope, not after a deposit. You see the application running on staging and only then do we invoice in USD. Larger builds are split into 4–5 milestones, each invoiced after you approve that milestone.
Can you take over an existing Laravel codebase from another developer?
Yes — takeovers and rescues are a large part of what we do. We start with a short audit of the repository, dependencies, tests and deployment setup, send you a written findings note, and then quote the fix or the upgrade. If the codebase is not worth saving we will tell you that before you spend anything.
Which Laravel versions do you work with?
We build new applications on Laravel 12 with PHP 8.3. For existing systems we regularly upgrade Laravel 8, 9 and 10 projects, including package replacements, deprecated API fixes and adding a test suite so the next upgrade is routine rather than risky.
Do you build admin panels, or only customer-facing apps?
Both. A large share of our Laravel work is internal tooling — Filament or Nova admin panels with role-based access, approval workflows, exports and audit logs — often sitting on top of an API that also serves a mobile app or website.
How do payments and invoicing work from United States?
We invoice in USD and accept ACH transfer, Wise, PayPal or card in USD. We sign your MSA or send ours: plain-English scope, mutual NDA on request, work-for-hire IP assignment, and a W-8BEN-E on file so no 1099 filing is needed on your side.
Who owns the code and the database?
You do. Ownership transfers on final payment and is written into the scope document. We push to your own GitHub organisation from day one where possible, and hand over environment variables, migrations, seeders and a deployment runbook at the end.
How long does a typical Laravel build take?
An admin panel or focused internal tool is usually 2–4 weeks. A full application MVP with billing and an API is typically 4–8 weeks. Upgrades and rescues are usually 1–3 weeks depending on how far behind the codebase is. You get a written timeline with the quote.
What happens after launch?
You can take the code and run it yourself, or keep us on a small monthly retainer for security updates, dependency bumps, monitoring and small changes. There is no lock-in either way and no minimum contract term.
What does a realistic Laravel timeline look like for a US project?
Week 1 is discovery, written scope and environment setup. Weeks 2–3 deliver the core data model, auth and the first Filament admin screens on staging. Weeks 4–6 cover billing, integrations and reporting. Weeks 7–8 are UAT, hardening and launch. A focused admin panel finishes inside 2–4 weeks; an MVP with Stripe and an API is 4–8 weeks. Rush lanes are possible but we say so upfront instead of promising a date we cannot hit.
Can you work in our sprint cadence and US business hours?
Yes. We run two-week sprints with a Monday planning note and a Friday demo on staging, and hold a fixed 08:00–11:30 ET (05:00–08:30 PT) window for live calls, standups or pairing. Everything else runs async on Slack, Jira or Linear — whichever you already use — so your team wakes up to shipped work rather than open questions.
What support and SLA options do you offer after launch?
Three tiers, all month-to-month with no minimum term: Essential (security patches, Laravel and package updates, backups, uptime monitoring, next-business-day response), Growth (adds a monthly block of development hours and 4-hour response during ET business hours), and Priority (same-day response, emergency production support and a quarterly performance and security review). You can also take the code in-house and skip support entirely.
Which US business systems can you integrate with Laravel?
Commonly: Stripe, Authorize.net, Braintree and PayPal for payments; QuickBooks Online, Xero and NetSuite for accounting; Salesforce and HubSpot for CRM; ShipStation, EasyPost and Shippo for fulfillment; Avalara and TaxJar for sales tax; Twilio and SendGrid or Postmark for messaging; DocuSign for signatures; Okta, Auth0 or Google Workspace for SSO. Anything with a REST API or webhooks is in scope — we build the integration behind a Laravel service class with retries and queued jobs so a vendor outage never breaks your app.
Can you integrate Laravel with our existing internal or legacy system?
Yes. Typical patterns are a Laravel API layer in front of a legacy database, scheduled sync jobs against an on-prem ERP over SFTP or a VPN, or an event bridge using queues and webhooks so the old system stays untouched. We map the data contract in writing first, then build against a staging copy of your data — production access is never required to start.
Do you handle HIPAA, SOC 2 or other US compliance requirements?
We build to the technical controls: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, session and password policy, least-privilege database users, and signed BAAs with HIPAA-eligible infrastructure such as AWS when your project needs it. We are not an auditor and do not issue certifications — we deliver the engineering evidence your auditor asks for.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Change requests get their own one-page estimate in USD before any work starts, so the original milestone price never moves silently. Small tweaks inside an agreed milestone are absorbed. You approve each change in writing, and it is invoiced with the milestone it belongs to.
